Return & Exchange Policy – AARA JAIPUR

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please send it back to us along with your order number. After receiving the returned product, we will send you a fresh replacement.

What is the Exchange Policy on AARA JAIPUR?

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. Once the AARA JAIPUR pieces are sold, they can only be exchanged for a replacement in a bigger or smaller size (provided the terms and conditions are met). A credit note will be issued only when the desired size is not available in stock.

If the product is not from the sale section and is eligible for a size exchange, you may write to us at support@aarajaipur.com within 15 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Once acknowledged by our team (within the next working day), please send the product back to us yourself — we currently do not provide a reverse pickup facility.
Important: Please collect an acknowledgment receipt from the courier agent with their signature and mobile number. AARA JAIPUR is not responsible for lost shipments.

The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend using traceable mail. In case of exchange, to & fro shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Exchange Terms:

  • Exchange request must be placed within 15 days of delivery.

  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags, labels, and packaging, are eligible for exchange.

  • Mention your name, address, contact number, email, order ID, and required size inside the parcel.

  • Exchange is allowed once per order.

  • Size exchange is subject to availability and is allowed for the same product amount minus shipping/COD costs.

  • Shipping charges (both ways) must be borne by the customer.

  • We do not offer refunds.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

  • You can cancel Cash on Delivery orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
    Please email us at support@aarajaipur.com to request cancellation.

  • The customer agrees not to dispute or challenge AARA JAIPUR’s final decision regarding the cancellation request.


Credit Note for Unavailable Exchange Size

If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be sent to your registered email. This credit note will be valid for 60 days and can be used on our website.
Note: The credit must be used in a single transaction.


Partial Order Exchange

Yes, you can exchange part of your order within 48 hours of delivery, if the items are eligible for exchange.
Note: Some products may not be returnable or exchangeable.


Garment Doesn’t Fit?

If the garment doesn't fit and you need a new size, please raise a size exchange request within 15 days of receiving the order.
Our team will try to assist based on size availability. If the size is not available, we will issue a credit note instead.


Why Was My Exchange Request Not Accepted?

We strive to make every transaction smooth and transparent. However, exchange/return is NOT accepted in the following cases:

  • If the customer doesn’t like the material, color, or design. We strongly recommend reading the product description and viewing all images carefully before purchasing. You may contact us for further details before placing an order.

  • If the product has been washed or worn.

  • If the product was purchased from the SALE section — these are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Color/texture variations due to screen resolution or lighting (10–12% difference) will not be considered a defect.

  • International Orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
